Service Description
Manual Lymphatic Drainage at Ready, Set, Bloom Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique designed to support the body's natural lymphatic flow, manage fluid retention and swelling, and promote whole-body wellness. MLD uses slow, rhythmic movements to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid through the lymphatic system. The technique is deeply calming and may support relaxation, tissue health, recovery, and the body's natural fluid-clearing processes. MLD may benefit: -Pre-surgical protocol for help promote recovery -Post-surgical swelling, fluid retention, scar and bruising reduction -Chronic inflammation or sluggish lymphatic flow -Migraines and sinusitis -Eczema, acne, rosacea -Hormonal or cyclical swelling -Autoimmune conditions -Feelings of heaviness, puffiness, or fluid stagnation -High-stress states or nervous system dysregulation -Athletes seeking support for recovery -Individuals interested in supporting skin health and elasticity -Individuals interested in emerging lymphatic research related to brain health, cognition and even hair loss MLD is not considered traditional massage; it is a gentle, non-invasive form of therapeutic bodywork. Each session is tailored to your comfort level, health history, and goals. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more relaxed following a session. MLD can be booked as a standalone service or paired with somatic wellness work for additional nervous system support.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that plans and circumstances can change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, I ask for at least **24 hours’ notice** when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. *24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. *Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. *Same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the scheduled appointment fee. *Rescheduling: Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the applicable fee. I understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. A one-time exception may be made at my discretion. If you are more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that it does not impact the next client. The scheduled appointment fee may still apply. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients. Your consideration allows me to keep appointments available for those who need them.
