Ready, Set, Bloom Therapy offers neurodevelopmental, holistic occupational therapy services for children in Northeast Ohio. Our work focuses on the nervous system and foundational sensory-motor systems that support regulation, movement, learning, and everyday participation. Each child’s plan of care is individualized and developmentally aligned to address the underlying factors that may be contributing to challenges in everyday life.
Initial Evaluation
An initial evaluation is required before beginning one‑on‑one services. The evaluation approximately takes 2 hours to complete and includes a combination of standardized tools, informal assessments, parent interview, and observation. The goal is to understand the underlying developmental systems that may be affecting your child’s posture, coordination, visual‑motor skills, sensory‑motor foundations, or daily routines. Together, you and the therapist will establish goals that reflect your child’s needs and support their overall development
Therapy Sessions
Following the evaluation and goal recommendations, your child may receive individualized 1:1 occupational therapy sessions. Therapy sessions are 60 minutes and often blend gentle hands‑on support with activities that build coordination, motor planning, visual‑motor integration, sensory integration, and functional participation. You are encouraged to join in the session or observe from the waiting room observational window. We believe the best progress happens when we work as a team, helping your child carry skills and strategies into everyday life.
This one-time, 60-minute consultation is available for parents who would like professional guidance without beginning a full occupational therapy evaluation. We’ll discuss your child’s strengths, current concerns, daily routines, and areas that may be affecting participation at home, school, or in the community.
Together, we’ll identify practical strategies and next steps that can be incorporated into everyday routines. Consultations are offered in-office or virtually and do not include formal assessment or direct therapeutic intervention with your child.

Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, and most debit/credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments include a small transaction fee. We do not bill insurance; however, an itemized receipt (superbill) can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement.
