What We Provide
Ready, Set, Bloom Therapy is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized pediatric occupational therapy services to the Northeast Ohio community. Below, you will find an overview of the services we offer. If you have any questions or would like further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Please note that a child does not need to be on an IEP or have a physician's referral to receive services.
Initial Evaluation
An initial evaluation is required in order to receive one on one OT services. A thorough evaluation using standardized assessments, informal assessments, parent interview and observations will be completed. You and the occupational therapist will establish therapy goals based on the results of the evaluation.
Therapy Sessions
After the initial evaluation is completed, your child can receive one on one skilled OT services. Depending on the target goal(s) and skills addressed, sessions may be 45 or 60 minutes. You and your OT will collaborate on which type of session is best suited for your child. Sessions may be in your home or a pre-determined community setting.
Consultation ONLY
This service is a one time visit and typically lasts 45-60 minutes. An evaluation is not necessary to receive a consultation. This service can include an in home or community observation and/or informal parent/child interview. The OT will follow-up with a brief written report which will include recommendations for you to implement. This service does not include directly working with your child.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check and most debit/credit cards are accepted. Credit cards will incur a transaction fee. We do not accept insurances at this time however, if requested, we can offer an itemized bill, after payment is received, to submit to your insurance company for a potential partial reimbursement.
