What We Provide
Ready, Set, Bloom Therapy is committed to delivering high‑quality, individualized pediatric occupational therapy services to the Northeast Ohio community. Our work focuses on supporting the foundational skills that help children move, learn, and participate with confidence. If you have questions or would like more information, please feel free to reach out. A child does not need to be on an IEP or have a physician’s referral to receive services.
Initial Evaluation
An initial evaluation is required before beginning one‑on‑one services. This evaluation includes a combination of standardized tools, informal assessments, parent interview, and observation. The goal is to understand the underlying developmental systems that may be affecting your child’s posture, coordination, visual‑motor skills, sensory‑motor foundations, or daily routines. Together, you and the therapist will establish goals that reflect your child’s needs and support their overall development
Therapy Sessions
Following the evaluation, your child may receive individualized occupational therapy sessions. Depending on the goals and areas of focus, sessions may be 45 or 60 minutes. Therapy is calm, intentional, and developmentally aligned, often blending gentle hands‑on support with activities that build coordination, motor planning, visual‑motor readiness, and functional participation. Sessions take place in your home or a pre‑determined community setting, allowing your child to learn and grow in familiar environments.
Consultation ONLY
This one‑time service lasts approximately 45–60 minutes and does not require an evaluation. A consultation may include an in‑home or community observation and/or an informal parent–child interview. You will receive a brief written summary with recommendations you can implement at home. This service is designed to provide guidance and insight but does not include direct therapeutic intervention with your child.

We provide in-home and community-based occupational therapy within a 10-mile radius of zip code 44146, including: Bedford, Bedford Heights, Oakwood Village, Walton Hills, Northfield, Sagamore Hills, Valley View, Independence, Seven Hills, Maple Heights, Beachwood, Shaker Heights, University Heights, South Euclid, Solon, Twinsburg and Macedonia.
For any locations beyond 10 miles from 44146, a $20 travel surcharge will apply per session. If you are unsure if your location falls within our standard service area, please feel free to reach out for more information.
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check and most debit/credit cards are accepted. Credit cards will incur a transaction fee. We do not accept insurances at this time however, if requested, we can offer an itemized bill, after payment is received, to submit to your insurance company for a potential partial reimbursement.
