Ready, Set, Bloom Therapy offers neurodevelopmental, holistic occupational therapy services for children in Northeast Ohio. Our work focuses on the foundational systems that support movement, learning, regulation, and participation. Each child's plan of care is individualized, developmentally aligned, and designed to address the root of your child’s challenges—not just the symptoms. Children do not need an IEP or physician referral to receive services.
Initial Evaluation
An initial evaluation is required before beginning one‑on‑one services. The evaluation typically takes 2 hours to complete and includes a combination of standardized tools, informal assessments, parent interview, and observation. The goal is to understand the underlying developmental systems that may be affecting your child’s posture, coordination, visual‑motor skills, sensory‑motor foundations, or daily routines. Together, you and the therapist will establish goals that reflect your child’s needs and support their overall development
Therapy Sessions
Following the evaluation and goal recommendations, your child may receive individualized 1:1 occupational therapy sessions. Therapy sessions are 60 minutes and often blend gentle hands‑on support with activities that build coordination, motor planning, visual‑motor integration, sensory integration, and functional participation. You are encouraged to observe each session from our waiting room through our observational window. Nothing happens behind closed doors at Ready, Set, Bloom Therapy! We strongly believe the best progress is made when we work as a team, so your child receives the most optimal and integrative therapy.
Consultation
This one‑time service lasts approximately 60 minutes and does not require an evaluation. A consultation may include an in‑home or community observation and/or an informal parent–child interview. You will receive a brief written summary with recommendations you can implement at home. This service is designed to provide guidance and insight but does not include direct therapeutic intervention with your child.

Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, and most debit/credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments include a small transaction fee. We do not bill insurance; however, an itemized receipt (superbill) can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement.
