Service Description
Take advantage of this one-time limited launch pricing of $105 (typically $140 per session). This 60‑minute session uses the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release approach, a gentle, sustained technique that helps the body soften, unwind, and release fascial restrictions. You’ll rest on the table in a calm, softly lit room to support relaxation and nervous‑system regulation. This approach can support individuals experiencing chronic tension, reduced mobility, persistent pain patterns, or trauma‑related holding in the body. It can also be helpful for adults who experience sensory overwhelm or difficulty settling their nervous system. For comfort and effectiveness, please avoid wearing perfumes, lotions, or oils before your session, and wear or bring a T‑shirt and shorts to allow for gentle, direct contact with the skin.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that plans and circumstances can change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, I ask for at least **24 hours’ notice** when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. *24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. *Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. *Same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the scheduled appointment fee. *Rescheduling: Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the applicable fee. I understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. A one-time exception may be made at my discretion. If you are more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that it does not impact the next client. The scheduled appointment fee may still apply. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients. Your consideration allows me to keep appointments available for those who need them.
