Service Description
This one‑time, 60 minute consultation offers supportive guidance and professional insight without requiring a full evaluation. Depending on your needs, it may include an observation or an informal parent–child interview. You’ll receive a brief summary with home‑based recommendations. This service is for discussion and guidance only and does not include direct therapeutic intervention
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that plans and circumstances can change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, I ask for at least **24 hours’ notice** when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. *24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. *Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. *Same-day cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the scheduled appointment fee. *Rescheduling: Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the applicable fee. I understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. A one-time exception may be made at my discretion. If you are more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that it does not impact the next client. The scheduled appointment fee may still apply. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients. Your consideration allows me to keep appointments available for those who need them.
